Subject	Why do my injectors keep failing?

Message	Long story short I bought used 555cc injectors and put them in and it ran for a week and one went out in cylinder # 3 so I got the car running again and another went out about a week and a half later in the same spot. After the 2nd used injector failed I replace the remaining 4 with new 555s. And now about a week later the injector in cylinder #2 goes out. What is going on here I cant keep replacing injectors. I have new injector clips and soldered the wires together and rapped them in tape and then rapped them again. I have the Ash-spec 555cc EPROM so I know I have the right EPROM for the injectors. When the car was running it was running strong on all cylinder but this is the third rime I have started it and an injector dies. I need some help!!!
